2. Household Income: At least $50,000
3. They will look at your past 18 months in rental history
4. No outstanding delinquent accounts, history of eviction or pending bankruptcies
5. Income must be sustained
6. $75 Application Fee(per household, not family member)
7. Background check for anyone 18 years old or older in household
